How do you redeem a gift card?

Once you or your friend has found the perfect coach on Coachability simply click that coach’s “Request to Book” button on their profile page, add the date and time of the session, click “Add Gift Card” and enter your unique gift card number and pin at checkout. Watch as the price for your training sessions is lowered by the amount of your gift card! Or, if you prefer, just give us a call on 0208 0873542 and we will help you through the process of choosing and booking your coach. After checking out, you and your coach will be connected and you will schedule your first training session.

Coachability gift cards will never expire. Our gift cards may be transferred to another recipient, but they are non-refundable, and any unused session credit may not be redeemed for cash.

You can either email your Coachability Gift Card to yourself to then print or forward it to the recipient, or we can send the gift card directly to the recipient’s email address on your behalf. If you would like us to send it for you, just enter their email address and the date that you would like the recipient to receive it on (The gift card will be emailed at 6am on your chosen date).
