South East England is one of the nine official regions of England. It consists of the counties of Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex. Major towns and cities in the region include Brighton and Hove, Milton Keynes, Southampton, Portsmouth, Slough, Reading and Oxford.
There are seven FA Counties in the South East of England which offer opportunities for junior grassroots football. These are Berks & Bucks FA, Hampshire FA, Kent FA, Middlesex FA, Oxfordshire FA, Surrey FA and Sussex FA. Each of these are responsible for developing and supporting all grassroots football within each of their separate counties.
