Halstead Town Youth FC is a grassroots football club affiliated with Essex FA in the East of England offering many opportunities for junior grassroots football.
Halstead Town Youth FC currently has 19 teams from U7’s to U18’s all playing in the Colchester and District Youth League.
We are one of the biggest clubs in the Colchester area and are one of only two clubs that has a team in every age group and in most age groups we have a blue and a red team.
We have over 200 boys (also have a number of girls playing, but not as many as the club would like) playing for the “Humbugs” and each year the club is getting bigger with more boys and Girls looking to play football.
Charter Status
The Club is proud of it’s FA Charter Standard status with all coaches holding a FA Level 1 or above coaching badge as well as being fully CRC checked.
The Youth section has very close connections to the Senior team and currently we have number of youth team players that have either played for the first team this season or are reserve team players.
We are building on this success of bringing home grown players through the ranks with the opening our own Development Academy.
