Coaching Experience
Fortunate to have coached for over 25 years in a variety of roles (coach, trainer, mentor, director etc..) in several countries (USA, China, UK, Tanzania) at various levels (grassroots, advanced club, Olympic levels, Schools etc..) at all age groups including Adults with Male and Female athletes. I have coached at 4 different professional clubs.
Session Plan
A very detailed plan that is designed specifically for the individual needs. My sessions will involve the ball and plenty of repetitions that are fun and challenging. My usual process involves starting with understanding what exactly the player needs/wants (whether that is from asking, watching them play or talking with their coach), then provide a step by step plan. I use a lot of demonstrations as most players will learn better from what they see than what they hear.
