Working toward UEFA A qualified coach, level 5 FA football psychology with 16 years of coaching experience. I have worked at academy and development centres for Benfica, Sampdoria, Chelsea, Arsenal Brentford and Brighton. Ex semi-professional in Holland and non-league in England. The session will be 100% personalised for the player needs, The sessions are designed specifically to improve the individual players mind-set and game craft at all levels. We will try to meet earlier.
Session Plan
we can to have a little introduction to the emotional intelligence of the game and explain the session and outcomes. The Session always starts with a dynamic warm up with ball manipulation and incorporates technical aspects straight away. I deliver bespoke individual sessions for a player to improve overall transition into a better player. The individual sessions are designed improve and challenge all levels, from recreation/amateur to elite/academy/professional.
