Bold Rangers Junior Football Club

Welcome to Bold Rangers Junior Football Club. We are a Charter Standard Development Club and we are affiliated to Liverpool County FA.

The last 18 months has been a difficult time for Bold Rangers JFC with the world been struck down by the Covid-19 pandemic.  As a Junior Football Club, there were times that we didn’t know if we would survive due to finances or simply if children would want to come back and play football after having to stay at home for a long time.  Having our UK registered charity status really helped us during this period but I’m glad to say we survived and have come back better and stronger than ever.

With new teams joining us, the 22/23 season has got off to a fantastic start even before the first ball is kicked in the Warrington Junior Leagues.

One of our main goals at Bold Rangers Junior Football Club is to offer football to children of all abilities and to not single out one child. Were not just a football club but also a family, so in times of need we are there to help anyone that needs our help.

This Includes children who may have financial /physical/mental barriers. No one will be turned away from the club. All we ask is you show commitment during training and matches and you respect what your coaches are telling you.

All our coaches are fully DBS checked and most hold the minimum FA level one qualifications. Those who don’t have the qualification learn every time they take a training session or match but when opportunities arise, the club get them progressed through their level one. As a new iniative by the football association this year, we ensure any coaches complete the playmaker course before we let them coach a team.  We only.offer the very best for our members and off course our coaches.

We hope in the 2022/2023 Season , we can continue the hard work that has already started at Bold and with the strength and character of the players, coaches and committee that we already have here at the Club, we are very confident that within the next few years we will continue to go from strength to strength.

We also feel that we now have the management structure in place to start making this club look and feel like a Junior Football Academy.

With the management structure that we do have in place we can push forward with fundraising activities and also make sure that we can help Bold Rangers JFC to remain on a steady footing for the future.

With everyone’s help we are sure that we can make this club a greater success than it already is and we can steadily increase the amount of teams to allow us to offer football to all ages.  Also, with the introduction of our Open Age Reserve team as well as the existing one, for the coming season it ensures that our players can carry on into the future and for as long as they want to play football.

The 2022/2023 Season will see us continuing to play at Bold Miners Neighbourhood Playing Fields, where we have 4 current pitches and more to be burnt in and marked up, in the very near future as we expand and re-organise and make improvements to the ground.

We have the facilities and pitches to increase our numbers significantly and hopefully let us build on what we already have. Indeed we saw an influx of new players and children coming along to see what were all about and there’s no greater sight for us than seeing groups of smiling children doing what they love, playing football.

If you are thinking of joining us, then we can assure you, that this is not a club that is standing still and we will continue to grow over the next few years. We can also guarantee that we do not sign kids up for them just to stand on a touchline. If you are signed up to one of our teams then you will play some part of a game as we always encourage our coaches to give fair game-time to their players.

We can also assure that we will continue to do all we can to keep prices low, so that the kids can enjoy their football without the worry of cost. To do this a big emphasis will always be on grants and fundraising, which we hope parents and players will love to get involved in and for the benefit of their children and all the other children who play for us. We have not increased our subs in the last 8 years despite rising costs and we hope to continue to keep them low.

We’d like to thank you for looking at our website.  We hope you like what you see and we will see you soon wearing our colours and becoming part of our Bold Family.
